Our Guarantee

  • Non-Breakage Guarantee – 72 Hour Policy

    Any order received broken in shipping will be replaced and reshipped free of charge. A picture of the broken item must be sent using the form below clearly showing the break and what the item is. The original order may not be changed (ie. different letters, colors, etc.). You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Broken item does not need to be returned. A picture of the broken item is required.

  • Non-Breakage Guarantee – 60 Day Policy

    Any item broken within 60 days of order will be replaced for shipping / handling cost. A picture of the broken item must sent using the form below clearly showing the break and what the item is. The original order may not be changed (ie. different letters, colors, etc.). You must notify us within 60-days of order. Typical shipping and handling costs are $4/jewelry items and keychains, $6/cake-toppers; Priority USPS shipping is $6 extra. 60 day guarantee is in effect upon the placement of the original order, subsequent replacements do not extend the original 60 day period.  Depending on the item and the type of break, My Capital Letters may require broken items to be shipped back for repair/replacement.

  • Correct Order Guarantee – Applies to Orders Placed Online Only – 72 Hour Policy

    For accuracy and efficiency we can only guarantee orders placed online through MyCapitalLetters.com. Any order placed online and delivered incorrectly or incomplete by us (incorrect letters, color, missing item, etc.) will be corrected free of charge. A picture of the incorrect item must sent using the form below . The original order may not be changed (ie. different letters, colors, etc.).

  • Returns / Order Cancellation

    We do not offer returns or cancellation of orders. Our products are made to each specific order; and production may begin within minutes of an order being placed.

  • My Capital Letters is not responsible for customer input errors including incorrect address, letters, patterns and colors.  Retailers should manage all communication with the end-customer, My Capital Letters does not dictate the retailers return policies.
